HP Laptop 15-dw3005wm:

Is there a 2.5" sata port?

How many m.2 slots are there?

Here is the Service Manual:

 

Manual 

 

There is a space for a 2.5 inch disk but if you get a laptop that did not come with a 2.5 inch disk you would have to procure the caddy and cable to attach one. There is a single M.2 slot.
