I had found my laptop's battery wear has increased around 40.4% of 41,927. Due to this my battery charge has reduces to zero in a few minutes after Unplugging. So kindly support me regarding this problem.

No idea what this means. Have you run a diagnostic on the battery? How old is it? First thing to consider with any battery problem is whether it needs replacement. They are consumable and wear out.
