HP Laptop Charging Problem

HP Recommended
Hp pavilion 14-bf172TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased laptop (Hp pavilion 14-bf172TX) two and half years ago. But 7 or 8 months ago i saw that the laptop battery did not provide exact hours as when i brought this new laptop. I performed the battery diagnose test using hp support assistant and it showed that laptop battery was weak. Now it provides almost 1 hour at 10% brightness. But yesterday suddenly laptop charge stop at 80% and then suddenly started charging and then stop fully. The battery indicator shows it fully charged at 80%. Then i uninstall battery driver from device manager when laptop was plugged in ac and then switch off it and then start it without the ac power. The battery drive automatically install by windows itself. Then i drain the laptop battery at 0% and the again charge it but it now  stuck on 35% and the battery indicator shows it fully charged. I don' t know what to do now. Please help me. By the way i performed the hp hardware diagnose for ac adapter and result was passed for adapter.

@Polash1 I have a few steps listed below that should help you resolve this concern:

Unplug the charge, Turn off the laptop and turn it back on after 30mins.

Reinstall Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery under device manager:

1) In the search box, type and open “Device Manager”.

2) Expand “Batteries”.

3) Right-click the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" that is listed there.

4) Click on “Uninstall”.

5) At the prompt put a check in the box to remove the current driver

6) Shutdown the computer.

7) Remove the battery for a minute and then put it back in. (Skip this step if you have a non removable battery)

8 - When the computer comes back up it should automatically find the driver.

9) Go to Device Manager.

10) Expand Batteries.

11) Right-click the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" that is listed there.

12) Click "Search automatically for updated driver software"

Do the same thing with Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Embedded Controller.

If the issue persists, run a battery and adapter test using the steps mentioned in this link: Click here
