HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2D128AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I've had the laptop now for a year - since month 10, I've noticed that the laptop runs for only 90 minutes on the battery. The laptop went back to the retailer in month 11 and it took a month to get a HP battery. Looking at reviews I should be getting over 4 hours on this model. With the new battery installed I'm still only getting less than 2 hours. Am I just wasting my time trying to get this fixed - especially as it is now out of warranty? I really don't want to lose the laptop for another month. Am I better 'sucking it up' and plugging the laptop in every 90 minutes so?

Thanks,

Just one thought from another support site - The laptop originally had W10 installed, could the problem be related to Windows 11?
