Purchased (4) business laptops from HP Store (i.e. direct from HP) in the US. Received four laptops of which three have recognizable serial numbers on your warranty check site, but one comes back as not recognized. Do not seem to be able to open a support case to get this sorted until I have the correct serial number to establish that the laptop is covered under a warranty. Not sure how to resolve this since it appears to be a system failure on HP's website.
