I am facing the issue and I have ordered my laptop and some more accessories back in November 28 and I was provided with tracking information and shipping date January 7 to receive But it’s been 3 weeks past the estimate shipping date now and the tracking site showing that my order is still processing and I am worried when I’m ever going to receive my order and if the quality of my order and their shipping process is really reliable, I was gonna start new year with my new laptop and now I’m really frustrated and I dont know when I would receive my laptop

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
