HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4W0AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone,

Could someone please confirm if my HP 15.6-inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4W0AV) is compatible with the HP USB-C Dock G5? I attempted to configure the docking station with my laptop, but the system does not detect the external monitor. I searched through the HP USB-C Dock G5 user manual but couldn't determine if my laptop model is supported.

Any guidance or clarification would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Zakirh

not connect because the USB-C port on the laptop is not DisplayPort compatible, it is for data only.
