Product: HP Ryzen 15-DB1068
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

2.1 GB of my laptops 16GB on HP-Ryzen-15DB1068with Windows10  is unavailable. I bought a "16GB" laptop and can use only 13.9GB.

 

Does anyone have a similar experience; is there a workaround?

Is any other laptop-processor-operatingsystem-other combination have this issue?

Is this fair (as its not made transparent when you buy the product)? If not, what actions can be taken.

 

Would much appreciate your response.
