HP EliteBook 820 G2 12.5in Laptop, Intel Core i5-5300U 2.3GHz, 8GB Ram, 128GB SSD, Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Is it possible that the above mentioned brand and model could have a back light keyboard built in?

The HP EliteBook 820 G2 series has many different models/products and some of them have backlit keyboard (optional). Page 21 of the following manual shows a list of available parts:

Very hard to tell now, you have to buy a right one at the beginning. Backlit keyboard requires connectors on system board, you have to check it out first before buying a backlit keyboard.
