I own a HP Mini 110-1032TU with Atom CPU N270 1.6 GHz running Windows 7 Professional, since 2011

1. Can I upgarde the RAM to 4gb?

2. Can current RAM supports upgrade to Windows 10?

Hi:

You can only upgrade to W10 32 bit as the N270 processor is a 32 bit only processor.

If you have not done so already, you can remove the 1 GB memory chip and replace it with a 2 GB memory chip.

4 GB of memory is not supported.

Can I replace it with 2gb 1600 MHz memory chip?

According to chapter 1 page 2 of the manual, only DDR2 memory is supported.

You would have to remove the 1 GB chip and replace it with a 2 GB DDR2-4200 memory chip or a DDR2-5300 memory chip.

The DDR2-5300 memory chip would bridge to 533 MHz, because that is the fastest speed your notebook's processor can run the memory at.
