HP Notebook - 15-bs194od

1) Is this laptop model support M.2 SATA or M.2 NVME SSD??

2) Can I use dual storage configuration?

            i.e. - SATA SSD + M.2 SATA/NVME?

Samsung 2.5" SSD 860 EVO SATA III and  Samsung SSD 970 EVO NVMe M.2

Here is the Service Manual:

Start on p. 43 to remove rear cover:

Open the laptop before ordering anything to be sure the M.2 slot is present. If it is, it can only take a SATA type 2280 form factor M.2 so something like a Samsung 860 Evo SATA M.2 SSD. Since you cannot have an NVME SSD, the SATA type M.2 will perform no faster than a 2.5 inch SATA SSD so you would save money by just buying a larger capacity 2.5 inch SSD and running that as the only storage. Or, use a less expensive mechanical drive in the 2.5 inch bay and a M.2 SATA bootdisk. Having an SSD as the secondary disk does not really add a whole lot to performance. Most of the heavy lifting is done in the main bootdisk.
