Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanted to know "Motherboard type /number" for HP notebook 15q-bu004tu ? My laptop is dead and service center folks are saying that i need to replace the part.

If the device is within the HP warranty, the replacement should be free of charge, however, if its no longer within the warranty, you may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, use the HP Parts Surfer to find the part number and If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.

 

Here's the part number to make this easier for you: 924750-001

(Like I mentioned earlier, this is an universal part number)
