Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Please help, my HP notebook was dropped 3 feet and ever since then when I turn it on I'm met with just a blank lit screen. Also a weird noise occurs when it is booted up, never sounded like it before it was dropped.

Hi,


Well sounds like hard drive is busted or motherboard or even display hardware issue.

You need to get it checked physically by good technician. Get in touch with certified HP service center.
