I am about to buy the hp omen 15-dc0003n, and it is a gtx 1060 (gb) and comes with 144hz screen, 2018 release, for me thunderbolt 3 is a make or break deal, and I am not sure whether it has tb3, and the local retailer also is clueless, so does it support tb3, and to take this further how many lanes does support? 4 lanes?

You are missing a letter at the end of the model number. Its nx, na or ng and it makes a difference. na does not have Tbolt 3, the other 2 do. The na has 1050 video so I am going to assume that is not the one you are asking about. I assume you mean the nx...it has 16 gigs RAM and the 144hz screen.
The ones that have Tbolt 3 do use 4 pcie lanes so fully support an eGPU if that is what you are asking.
Post back with any other questions and please accept as solution if its the info you needed.
