Hi there ,

Do i need to  order spesific parts in order to install 2.5 inch SSD on HP PAVILION 15-CS3004NU. If yes, which are the respective parts and part numbers

Hi,

You will need the hard drive cable part number L23889-001

and the bracket part number L19469-001 (you could also use some strong foamy double-sided tape to keep the drive in place)

On page 50 of service manual you can see the steps to install the drive

It might be cheaper, easier and higher performance  to upgrade the M2 PCIe NVMe drive to a larger capacity drive (there is no limit to capacity)
