Product: EliteBook 840

Hi dear friends, I was encountered with problem after I  was downloaded and installed SP116309.exe. that means HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI For FTP only (Win 7/8/8.1/10 32/64-bit)  set up on   my HP Elitebook 840 G1 Intel® Core™ i5-4300U CPU, Windows 11 pro. The problem is that, my PC has pre-installed Hardware Diagnostics UEFI and working well before, but after I was installed this setup it is not working. When I hit f2, it does not open and blank screen appeared.

Please help me, Where can I find and remove this setup, or what can I do  in order to work well as before?
