Hello! I tried to do as you advised me, but it didn't help, especially since I couldn't completely delete the RtBackup folder (only part of the files in it were deleted). When I try to completely delete it, I get the following message:

20221228_163552.jpg

You need permission to perform this operation. You require permission from LAPTOP-PEBPL3DB\PC to make changes to this folder.

What to do?

aHello @Bratanoid

(1) In most cases, the simplest solution:

=> Use Windows Restore to return to the restore point (date) >>> before <<< the error occurred.

https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-system-restore-windows-10

See section < How to recover using System Restore on Windows 10 >

Unfortunately, there are no recovery points created before the problem appeared.

I tried, but it didn't help either. There are no damages and problems with Windows Update. It seems that the problem is massive. Here are some screenshots:

Hello @Bratanoid

Thanks for reporting.

To help you I just need to know the product number (p/n) xxxxxx#xxx of your notebook !

It looks something like this:

ub6424_0-1672312867636.png

ub6424_1-1672312867605.png

You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters. Use a magnifying glass or the camera zoom feature on your smartphone to read it better.

Kind regards

Hello @Bratanoid

(1) Backup < ALL > personal data (documents/pictures/videos etc...) to external <USB hard drive>

(2Please reinstall your operating system !

You need current (or another Windows computer) to prepare bootable <USB flash drive>

An unused or empty USB flash drive with at least 32 GB storage capacity is required.
