Hello, when I try to open the app HP PEN CONTROL in my notebook is was showed that THe hp pen control is not compatible with this computer, what happened with the app with my notebook, because this app is pre-installed in my windows, and I never open or uninstall it.
Second Question, how can I know my stylus is connected to my notebook? because I saw many models they use the Bluetooth to connect between stylus with the notebook, but normally they came with a button then you just hold on it and check out for the flash, then you will know that your pen is connected to your notebook successfully, but my stylus comes with notebook as you see from the picture below, it doesn't have any button on the top to perform Bluetooth connection , and I also founded that even though my finger can also writing as the stylus
The pen information :
SPEN-HP-02
HP P/N: 905512-002
SPARE P/N :920241-001

As per the compatibility list mentioned in this document, the Pen should work with your PC.
But since there is an issue, I would like to do some further research on this with the back-end engineers.
I will get back to you once I have an update on this at the earliest.
Cheers!

Hello, I must say that i'm relieved to find this forum but am disgruntled due to my annoying consistency to reinstall, restart, and retry only to repeat again and again expecting results which to no avail never happen. I've already had this laptop ( HP Spectre X360 Gem Cut late 2018 ) replaced and I now have two pens ( the same model in the photos ) and they both fail to connect or work with the HP Control App. As previously stated this is a great annoyance being that I've reinstalled the program, and did everything recommended only for nothing to function. By all means, please help me because this is confusing. Also the document won't allow me to access it ( it just bring me to a sign in page which I try to sign in, doesn't do anything ).
