Pavilion 15-dk1019na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All

Seams to be many asking this question, but the answers given don't always apply to the model. A friend tells me to use F10 and go into BIOS and change the setting there. I DON'T have that setting, he does.

Further more, I don't remember it going off at all when i first got it, less than a month now. Since then Windows updated, I went looking in BIOS for setting, seen there was an update, so updated it, still not setting for backlights.

Also in windows 10, windows mobility centre, that has no setting either

Is there no fix, im in the dark so its a big nuisance

HP Pavilion 15-dk1019na and HP Pavilion Power 15-dk0010na doing same, both less than a month, both had lights on all the time im sure.

Anybody got a fix, even running some program to keep them on would be good

Thanks

@WelshKingJohn

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to keep the keyboard backlight always on.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

As you have mentioned that the option is not available in the BIOS that means the keyboard doesn’t support this feature.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
