HP Pavilion 15-p289sa died while connected to power,

Hp pavilion 15-p289sa
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hey, so my hp pavilion 15-p289sa  died when i was using it while connected to the power, given that my warranty is over i took it to be checked to 2 different guys, 1st one said that i need a new power chipset and a display chipset while the second said the power circuit has an issue. So been looking for this chipset ever since with no avail. Could anyone help me and is it worth it to buy another motherboard, if so where can i get it, thanks.
