Can I Upgrade my ram to up to 32GB ?

Yes it will accept 2 x 16 gig modules of DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM and will "bridge" (downclock) to 2133 speed so no need to get any "gaming" or "performance" modules. Just Crucial or something plain vanilla will give all the performance it can deliver.
