Всем привет.

Столкнулся с проблемой на ноутбуке HP Pavilion 17-ab319ur.

USB разъемы работают не корректно даже в BIOS. 

 

1. Если взять обычную мышку Logitech, то она определяется во всех портах и работает.

 

2. Если подключить флешку, то она работает только с одним портом.

 

3. Если подключить мышь HyperX, то она тоже работает только с одним портом.

 

Уже переустанавливал систему, драйверы и т д, но все равно результата нет , в BIOS так же работает только мышка Logitech, остальные устройства под BIOS только в определенных портах работает.

 

Что может быть ?

Hi all.

Faced a problem on HP Pavilion 17-ab319ur laptop.

USB connectors do not work correctly even in the BIOS.

 

1. If you take a regular Logitech mouse, it is detected in all ports and works.

 

2. If you connect a USB flash drive, then it works with only one port.

 

3. If you connect a HyperX mouse, then it also works with only one port.

 

I already reinstalled the system, drivers, etc., but still there is no result, only the Logitech mouse also works in the BIOS, other devices under the BIOS only work in certain ports.

 

What can be?

The specs of your machine is

It has 2 USB 3.1 ports and 1 USB 2.0 port;  looks like both USB 3.0 are not active. Please download and install

 

                           Installs Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver

Hello. Your answer did not help, there is no such driver from Intel for Windows 10. Microsoft driver still not working 😞
