I have an HP Pavilion 17 that won't show any power lights while plugged in. I replaced the DC power jack, but that did nothing. I pulled it apart and examined the motherboard thoroughly. There are no signs of damage anywhere. It does not power up at all. I was looking at other forum posts and the only solution I found was replacing the motherboard. That would cost about $70 and I would like a cheaper fix if at all possible. Are there any other fixes?
