Good Day,

 When i bought the laptop,the sound was very good,loud! Now after reinstall (Windows 7) the sound it is so horible, if i want to listen a song i have to keep myself so close to my laptop. I installed all the drivers from official site Hp but still bad quality. Is there  any posibility to return the loud sound?  

ps: in settings(control panel) on laptop i've done everything possible to change it.

My HP external monitor on my dual monitor setup is acting funny on refresh and in some programs.  Looking to update my display adapter drivers and make sure all is running correctly.
