Hi there!
I have some questions!
I want to upgrade my HP Pavilion 15 bc001nq. Exactly, on RAM and SSD parts.
1) Support DDR4 with over 2400MHz frequency (eg. 2666, 3200 etc)? Voltage should be fix 1.2V or support 1.35V -> 1.5V?
2) SSD M.2 is only SATA III interface or I can upgrade with SSD M.2 over PCIe x4 interface (is much better than SATA III interface)?
(extra) 3) Software application for Power/Perfomance Management exist for this laptop model? On Support area I found only some small applications for drivers, nothing for "full" management.

What means DDR4-2133 Dual Channel Support (DDR4-2400 bridge to DDR4-2133)
My laptop comes with Dual Channel DDR4 2400MHz (CAS17, 1.2V) PC4-19200 Samsung 2x4GB. I want to upgrade to 16GB 2400MHz (CAS 14, also 1.2V). Is it compatible?
(I don't know exactly, but I think variant 2x8GB Dual Channel is better than 1x16GB Single Channel for identic vedor.)

It means 2400MHz speed RAM down clocks to 2133MHz.
Yes two 8gb sticks is only possible, as each slot supports upto 8gb only. And it gives dual channel boost.
Compatibility I cannot gaurantee, you can run Crucial online scanner for getting compatible parts.

Unfotunatelly, this applcation isn't compatible with my system. It doesn't offered me some indications. I tried to configure manually to find something else, but model bc001nq isn't in their database.
My laptop comes from store with Dual Channel Kit 2x4GB DDR4 2400MHz PC4-19200 Samsung CAS 17. From these informations results that the my RAMs aren't operational at 2400MHz? Are they downgraded at 2133MHz?

We want something like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/131808769009
Search Samsung module with exact specs of what you already have in your notebook. That might work.

I did some research and I found that (if some is interested in knowing exactly):
1) in CPU-Z -> Memory tab -> DRAM Freq = 1198 and CR = 2T => DDRAM Freq works at 2x1198=~2400MHz (so the Notebook supports fully 2400MHz, doesn't downgrade at 2133)
2) in CMD Prompt Run as Admin -> "wmic memorychip get speed" => apears result:
Speed
2400
2400
(twice, for 2 working sokets)
So........ in conclusion, HP bc001nq supports FULLY working DDR4 at dedicated freq 2400MHz, doesn't downgrade at 2133MHz. (I don't think is a major difference, but for who is gamer this info can be usefully).
