HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk1268ng can i add HDD?

Hello.

I have an old 2TB HDD and i would like to ask if its possible to add an HDD. 

The notebook came with 512 GB nvme and id like to know if its possible to do add hdd before i disassemble my notebook.

The series supports M.2 SSD + HDD therefore you should be able to add 2.5" HDD to your machine but you need more parts:

 

  • The hard drive cable is available using spare part number L56898-001
  • The hard drive brackets are not available as a spare part                  that is the game breaker

Well, no choice then
