Hi! I have an HP Pavilion Gaming 17 laptop, and I need help identifying the screw (standoff) specifications for securing the cooling system(marked with arrows). One screw was stripped, and I want to find a replacement. I’d appreciate any information!

Hi:

 

See chapter 6, pages 43 & 44 of the service manual for the screw dimensions and location:

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP Pavilion Gaming 17 Laptop PC

 

Phillips M2.0 × 5.0 screws

 

That would be Metric 2.0 mm in diameter by 5.0 mm long.
