HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx

I own a HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0xxx and i have been using it for over a year now. I am not the first person to face this issue, very bad engineering by HP. However for the last month, i have noticed difficulty opening and closing the laptop and after searching carefully, i found out that the hinge is broken and some portion of the hinge looks exposed and some portions of the screen case looks a bit exposed also. I have never dropped the laptop and never caused any physical damage to the laptop due to negligence. Please help me as my laptop is in warranty and i need it urgently.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
