Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HI, I had recently bought HP Pavilion Gaming ec2075ax laptop but found that type c port of my laptop is not functioning, it's neither detecting any device or external hard disk or power bank nor pen drive. And what's the use of this type c port in this laptop. So, please help me with the solution for this as early as possible. Thank you.

It USB-C port is hopeless but you should be able to connect it for few things, at least external HDD or pen drive (no power bank).

 

Is it a brand new machine ? Please contact HP directly to get more help.
