HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce1xxx Not working without plug charger ,but the health of the battery is good,

the design capacity the same for until know , what will be the problem

It means it is most likely that even with the test result of battery health good, the battery is still not working.

 

The design capacity will not change. Over time the actual full capacity of the battery will diminish.

 

You will need to replace the battery with a new one.

 

It would help if you provided the actual HP ProductID for your laptop.

The general identification of the laptop series isn't specific enough for me to provide an HP Part number for the battery to you.
