The hard drive cable is available using spare part number 926874-001
Hard drive brackets 926877-001
See pages 34-42 for "how to".
$23.10 for the cable:
$22 for the bracket:
You can also search by part number on eBay or amazon for the parts. The part you ask about is from a much older laptop and will not be compatible particularly the cable which has a much different connection end than the one you want.
