my laptop is Out of Warranty: Ended on February 25, 2019 

and i am senior student I need the laptop 

i notice the swelling when the keyboard start to not working .

So what should I do NOW

Generally, if the battery is swollen, you basically need to replace the battery. If you can change the battery yourself, you can buy it at an online store and replace it yourself. Otherwise, you should send it to a maintenance organization for replacement, although the price will be higher.

but the swelling destroy the cable of keyboard i think because some keys not working

I'm not sure if your battery part number is 917724-855. You can disassemble the bottom case and remove the battery to check if it is this part number. You can search for this part number on Google or eaby, or follow you directly Search for your computer model, you should be able to search for the battery you need.
