Hello,

 

I am planning to buy any of the following models:

 

HP Pavilion 14-CE1024TX

HP Pavilion 15-CS1041TX

 

Questions for the 2 products:

  • What is the max RAM upgrade available?
  • Is M.2 SSD supported?
  • Do they have backlit keyboards?
  • Do they have 3rd party graphics card?

This laptop came with 8th gen Intel processor with 2gb dedicated MX130 graphics.

 

Page 2, 21, 52: single RAM slot with 16gb capacity

 

Page 10, 11, 25, 50: there is additional M.2 2280 SSD slot, you can put in either PCIe NVMe or SATA-3 module.

 

Video graphics
NVIDIA® GeForce® MX130 (2 GB GDDR5 dedicated)

 

This laptop comes with backlit keyboard from factory.

 

 

HP Pavilion 15-CS1041TX

This laptop came with 8th gen Intel processor with integrated graphics only.

 

Page 2: there are 2 RAM slots , upto 16gb capacity possible.

 

From manual, you can see that select models have M.2 SSD slot. You may have to open it up and see if the additional slot is present.  You can alternatively call HP sales and confirm this.

 

It comes with backlit keyboard from factory.
