Hi @Zel333,

I understand your HP Pavilion SE 15-fd0977nd laptop is not displaying on your two external monitors through the USB-C 13-in-1 hub. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.
Check your laptop’s USB-C port capability
The USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port on this model typically supports data transfer but may not support video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode).
If the port does not support DisplayPort Alt Mode, external monitors will not display through a USB-C hub.
Test the HDMI port directly
Connect one monitor directly to the HDMI port on your laptop to confirm video output is working.
If the display appears on the HDMI monitor, the laptop’s graphics system is functioning correctly.
Check the USB-C hub specifications
Ensure your hub specifically supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and dual-monitor output.
Some hubs only mirror or extend to one external display at a time, depending on the laptop’s port capabilities.
Connect one monitor at a time via the hub
Try connecting only one external monitor through the hub to see if it displays.
If one works but not two, the hub or laptop may not support dual video output through USB-C.
Update graphics and chipset drivers
Visit HP’s official website and install the latest graphics driver, chipset driver, and BIOS update for your model.
After updating, restart your laptop and try reconnecting the monitors.
Adjust display settings in Windows
Right-click on your desktop and open Display Settings.
Under Multiple Displays, click Detect and choose “Extend these displays” if additional screens are recognized.
Confirm monitor and cable connections
Ensure each external monitor is powered on and set to the correct input source (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.).
Check that all cables are securely connected to the hub and the monitors.
I hope this helps.
