Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The warranty for my device ended 6 days ago.

 

Despite only being used on a desk, so has had an easy life, the bezel is pulling off badly in the bottom right hand corner. Looking at it further looks like the hinge is broken so when opened/closed it is pushing the bezel out.

 

It looks like a design fault, and quite a common issue, so am hoping HP will honor the warranty (issue started happening while in warranty but due the Christmas did not get the time to raise).

 

Has anyone else had the same issue and were you able to resolve?
