IMG-20200403-WA0003.jpgMy laptop has been randomly restarting after some clicking noise.

Even after formatting the laptop the issue still exists.

I ran the system extensive test and the "Hard Drive Short DST Check" failed.

FAILURE ID:

GTW7KS-879A2W-MFPX7G-60WK03

 

What should I do now?

Can somebody provide some quick solution, since I have my final exams and job interview coming up and my machine keeps restarting frequently.

 

Also what is the customer care number? As it would be better to talk to a support person directly.

Any help is appreciated.

This is a Hardware issue with the Hard drive and it needs to be replaced
