Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba031ng notebook has a RAM of 8GB, is it possible to upgrade the RAM. How many RAM slots do my motherboard has ?

Hi,

Your PC supports 16GB of DDR4 2400Mhz RAM (2x8GB)

The RAM runs at 2133Mhz. There are two slots, so you could add another 8GB stick in the empty slot. You can buy from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...

On page 58 of service manual you can see the steps to install RAM:
