Manufacturer: HP

Hi,

My partner has the following laptop - she has owned it since new (purchased from Amazon UK) in November 2019, slightly over 1 year old, so out of warranty.

Model: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd1xxx

System ID: 850E

Product ID: 7KA23EA#ABU

Memory Size: 8192 MB RAM

BIOS Date: 04/29/2019

BIOS Revision: F.15

Serial Number: *************

Operating System Image: 18WW3HCT601#SABU#DABU

Installed OS version: 1909 (10.0.18363)

Recently the battery has been running low and turning the laptop off very quickly with no warning. Running the battery check diagnostic on it gives the following results - even though it is out of warranty I don't believe there should be such a high level of degradation (Primary_FullChargeCapacity: 555mAh, compared to design of 3615mAh) after such a relatively small number of cycles (151) and age.

TestVersion = 1.17.5.0

TestId = a088469f-b159-4d7e-b4f9-0f1ed77a95af

Instance = 1 StartTime = 2021-01-02T12:59:35

ExecutionDuration = 00:00:55

Result = Cancelled
