HP Pavillion X360 HDD Adapter Cable issue

HP Recommended
Pavillion X360 14-ba004ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My hard drive is burnt and it seems that the problem was with the cable adapter (the one that connects the HDD to my HP).

I want to buy a new one ASAP and I am not sure which model i should buy. I understand that the model I should look for is nba14(bucks)450.0bz05.0001 and under it, it is written HB1719 A01...1f322e57-1638-4b08-b998-651c4e34c3ab.jpg

I don't understand what is this HB1719 number and if it should be exactly the same on the new adapter or can I buy any adapter with the model name nba14(bucks)450.0bz05.0001 and the HB number wouldn't matter?

I would highly appreciate if someone can help me understand this number and guide me on to what to buy since I am stuck through this phase currently.

I attached a picture of the cable that I already have in my PC.

Thanks a lot!

Regards,

Christelle Saliba

You may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, use the HP Parts Surfer to find the part number and If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.

Alternatively, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:
