Product: HP Pro Book 430 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

    I am having HP Pro book 430 G2 with Serial No (removed content) , in which it is having battery back up issue. One complete charge will give half an hour backup. Last time also call has been raised with HP and issue got solved & now again it's giving problem. Kindly do the needful asap to solve the issue.
