Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In attempting to adjust the brightness of the LCD display panel, the function keys are not working to allow adjustment.  

 

Here, it requires pressing the function key (fn) together with either the f9 or f10 keys. 

 

I ran the BIOS check for updates and it comes back as without needing update. 

 

Any ideas on this.  Thanks.

In the BIOS there is a setting which allows you to enable actionkeys.

 

Enable it and the Fn keys will work without requiring you to press the Fn key at the same time.
