Hi all,
As everyone, I often placed myHP Spectre into a secured case for work in order to ensure its maximum protection. However, I took it out one day and the "end" key fell loose, and I couldn't find anyway to fix it since it completely fell off. My warranty expired, and I am wondering if it is possible for me to order a new key or somehow fix it at home. I would like to say that the key mysteriously fell out without my knowing, and I had no intention of breaking it. It could possibly be a product malfacture, so please provide me ways to fix my laptop.
Thank you
My HP model is 7265NGW - Product N1R85UA#ABA - Serial [edited]
