HP SPectre 13 Very poor battery life

Product Name: HP Spectre Pro 13 X2F00EA#UUW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

 

I have a very poor battery life on my HP Spectre 13 G1 (X2F00EA#UUW) notebook. It can very, but usually it is less then 2 hours. I have red somewhere else in the community that it is supposed to be a firmware or something which can help.

 

I have run the diagnostics recommended on this page, but it did not help.

I just realized that I have lost 8% of my battery life, just doing the registration for the community and writing this post:smileysurprised:

Thanks for quick response. I have now tried all battery test and calibration. No improvement. Sorry.

 

Test the AC adapter using the UEFI Hardware Diagnostic tests:
- The test PASSED

 

Testing and calibrating the battery using HP PC Diagnostics UEFI:
- The test PASSED
- No battery calibration initiated (not needed if I understood this correct)

 

Testing and calibrating the battery using HP Support Assistant:
- Discharging (79%)   (AC-adapter not connected)
- Primary Battery: OK

 

Manually Calibrating the battery
- Yes I did
