Spectre 13-4001dx

Bought this laptop years ago, it eventually wouldn't boot up so I pushed it aside after multiple troubleshooting attempts to no avail but had no time to take further action. Came across it again and decided to try again to find out it's a common issue with these laptops that the motherboards have actually burnt preventing it from powering on or even charging.

I opened it up and sure enough looks like it's the same issue as many others are having. Obviously I don't have warranty, but can I please get some help here as to what to do considering it's the same price as the laptop to replace the motherboard at this point? Thank you.
