Hello everyone,
Recently my HP Spectre 13 af-004na was serviced due to fan, trackpad and keyboard problems.

To be honest my keyboard replacement wasn't performed in a very good way. offset keys and backlight bleed. I can't send it back because it's back to school time again and a pc is vital for me. only if hp provided something...

I reported the following issues as well but it seems they were overlooked:
-gets incredibly hot while charging;

-fans kick in a horrendous manner and seem to be on all the time when plugged in even if only standing by:

-poor battery life;

-laggy performance even when in performance optimization mode;
-overall stupidly hot all the time even when doing nothing

I have updated drivers, performed factory reset many times and to be honest I don't know what else I can do.
My warranty has ended in August. I'm from Portugal. Oh the irony. I miss my macbook.
