Hello! 

 

I started using a Dell Bluetooth mouse with my HP Spectre and since I have started using the mouse, the touchpad no longer works even when the bluetooth mouse is off. 

 

I'm using Windows 10 Home.

Ensure the touchpad is not disabled on your computer. If it is enabled and still not working, I suggest you perform the troubleshooting steps from this document 

HP Notebook PCs - Using the TouchPad or ClickPad (Windows 10).
