Hi there,

 

Please help me to solve this overheating problem. I brought new HP Spectre 15 laptop and it was really bad so I returned it back. I got another new same one but this one also giving me the same problem. Even though, it is better than first one but still gives me heating problem. I've used HP laptop all of my life and I never ever I got that problem. 

 

Before making this topic, I've done research and try to follow some of the advice but still did not fixed my problem. 

 

If someone please can help.

Please ensure you have the latest BIOS installed https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

Thank You for the links. Actually, I've already updated BIOS few days ago. And yesterday I updated my drivers and updated windows. That made well a lot big difference. I've noticed during update it still gets hot. Is it suppose to happen like that?

If the issue persists after the BIOS update, please contact HP Support in your region for service options

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
