HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ae0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've wiped the hard drive/SSD totally for a totally clean install, expecting to be able to get all the drivers from the HP web site.  I've performed a clean install of Windows 10 Pro, downloaded all the drivers for this model notebook but cannot get the fingerprint driver working.  When I go to Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options, Windows Hello Face and Windows Hello PIN are available, but Windows Hello Fingerprint states 'This option is currently unavailable - click to learn more'.  On clicking I then get the message: 'We couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint'  Under Device Manager, Biometric Devices, Windows Hello Face Software Device is listed, but not the fingerprint scanner.

I have downloaded and installed all of the HP drivers for this model notebook, but cannot get the fingerprint scanner to work.  I have tried both SP82103 and SP82805 but neither will get the scanner working.  All other components appear to be working fine.  Should I get a recovery partition CD/DVD from HP to fix this or is there a different missing driver?
