I want to upgrade storage of
HP Spectre 40.6 cm x360 2-in-1 Laptop OLED 16-aa0664TX - Blue
Currently it is having the memory of 1 TB with following details.
1 TB PCIe® Gen4 NVMe™ TLC M.2 SSD
I want to upgrade it with
Samsung 990 PRO SSD 2TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 Internal Solid State Drive, Fastest Speed for Gaming, Heat Control, Direct Storage and Memory Expansion for Video Editing, Heavy Graphics, MZ-V9P2T0BW
or
WD Black SN850X 2TB M.2 NVMe Gen4 Internal SSD WDS200T2X0E.
Is it possible for my laptop? This laptop is comparatively new and not getting sufficient details anywhere.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

Chapter 1 indicates that HP offered NVMe SSD's up to 2 TB in the model series, so either of the drives you want to install should work.
Do not buy a NVMe drive with a heat sink because if you look at chapter 5 of the manual, the drive is enclosed under a thermal SSD cover.
