Hi, I have just noticed that the left-hand hinge on my HP Spectre laptop is not moving correctly and has become slack.
This is the second problem I have had with this high specification and expensive laptop. My first purchase needed to be returned for replacement due to a known graphics issue.
I tried to sending the question to the HP SupportDesk but the online tool checked my device warrantly and responed that my warranty had expired by 20 days.
Can you please confirm if this hinge problem is known issue and is there any way to confirm if HP will help with the repair of the device. If possible could you please provide contact details for HP SupportDesk?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
